Jean-Noel Coghe is one of the leading music journalists in France and Belgium. He has spent many years accompanying musicians and rock groups on tour in Europe. These include Jimi Hendrix, the Yardbirds, the Animals, Status Quo – and, of course, Rory Gallagher. He has worked extensively with magazines such as Rock and Folk and also on radio and television. His publications include an illustrated account of Jimi Hendrix's time in Europe.
