When Denise O’Callaghan’s father was diagnosed with coeliac disease it took the family quite a while to adapt so that he could continue to eat the variety of food that he had been used to. Having done all the research, Denise realised that there was a market for gluten-free products and in 2007 the Delicious Gluten Free Bakery was established in Cork. Since then they have gone from strength to strength and their products are now available in most Irish supermarkets.
