Dr Niall Keogh was born in Dublin and grew up in Cork. A graduate of UCC, he has worked with the National Library of Ireland, the Irish Manuscripts Commission and the Dictionary of Irish Biography. Married to Elizabeth, he is currently living and lecturing in Russias Moscow State University.
