The show was entitled Tracks and Field. The premise of the show was to interview sports personalities from various sports, discuss their career and the role that music played in their career. Guests included Wayne McCullough, Gordon D'arcy, Kilkenny hurler Brendan Lyng, Blizzard front man and former Leinster U21 player Niall Breslin, Lee Trundle, Julie Feeney, football agent Lou Sticca as well as Irish A1 racer Michael Devaney.
