Kennelly, Tadhg

Tadhg Kennelly was born in Listowel in 1981. He is the son of Tim Kennelly, a former All-Ireland Senior Football Championship winner with Kerry. After his debut in 2001, he became a permanent fixture in the Sydney line-up as a dashing rebound defender, wearing the no. 17 jersey. Co-written with Scott Gullan who is an award-winning sports write for Melbourne's Herald Sun, Australia's best-selling newspaper. He has written two books, the first being the best-selling autobiography with Olympic champion Cathy Freeman, Cathy, Her Own Story.
