Connolly, Jim

Jim Connolly is a husband of one, son of two and father of three. He pulled his wife Jo-Ann using a Fillet Steak with Pepper Sauce. He could have bought a pair of boots and a handbag to achieve the same result but romance got the better of him. Working as a revenue approved Pensioneer Trustee, he is a well known commentator in the Irish pensions industry. He has also jumped from two planes, dived in three continents, walked over hot coals twice, broken glass once and flown a Cessna around Trim, but he considers his greatest achievement as the time he served up the perfect fillet steak in 1994 and got three kids in return.
