Dr Anthony O’Halloran is a political scientist from Tipperary. A frequent visitor to the United States, he has been a visiting scholar at both Southern Illinois University and California State University. In Ireland he has lectured at both University College Cork and NUI Maynooth. His co-authored text, Politics in a Changing Ireland: A Tribute to Seamus Pattison, was published by the Institute of Public Administration in 2008
